The Thirsk Information office receives no grant and its continued existence depends on support from businesses, visitors and local residents.

We keep expenses to a minimum and nobody is paid, even the directors – we are all volunteers. We have opened the Information Office six days a week for over 48 weeks a year since 2011. This is quite an achievement for a voluntary group with no grant.

Please donate something:
£11 ($14 or 14€) will buy electricity for a day, £9 ($10 or 10€) will provide the webcam for a week.
